UAE-based Jumeirah Group is opening its latest hotel on the banks of the Dubai Creek in September.
The 200-room Al Seef Hotel by Jumeirah will be spread across 22 Arabian-designed homes, located in small clusters of two to three buildings.
The homes will be joined by a bridge that provides a walkway above the souk, which will also be connected to a common courtyard.
The hotel is located in the second phase of Al Seef, a new district of restaurants, cafes, shops and plazas, situated on a two-kilometre promenade on the south bank of Dubai Creek.
The design of the twin and king-bed guest rooms used aged materials that mimic rustic facades; and interiors that reflect Dubai's pearl diving history, trading and crafts.
Last month, the hotel group also opened its second hotel in the Zabeel House by Jumeirah collection on the south banks of Dubai Creek.
The hotel features 200 rooms in three different sizes, a lobby, a destination restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a pool.
