Architectural practice GAJ bagged the MEP and design contract for Arcadia Secondary School in Jumeirah Village Triangle earlier this year, while Adeeb Group was named to provide MEP services for the Pulse residential project in Dubai South.

However, despite major contract awards, MEP growth has been slow sluggish in 2018, driving MEP leaders to take the route of cautious optimism for H2 2018.
