Globally and in the Middle East alike, consultants are an essential component of the construction process.
From architectural drawings to value engineering, no element of a building project can succeed without the right consulting team to back its development.
“Demand has continued to be high for consultancy services across the Gulf because of the changing landscape of construction, in line with government policy, market trends, and industry developments,” Rahim Banizaman Lari, founder and managing director of Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO), told Construction Week this January.
Lari said these new demands meant consultants were “requested to precisely and carefully control the cost of the project”, while also increasing design efficiency to boost project profitability, and boost the property’s value to its customers.
In the following pages, Construction Week rounds up the top five consulting jobs available in the Gulf this week.
Candidates must apply for all jobs through BuildingMENA.com, the Middle East's only construction-focused recruitment portal.
