Wasl Properties has made 190 units available in its UAE heritage project Wasl District.
Block A, included within Phase 2 of Wasl District – which aims to evoke the aesthetics of traditional Dubai – has been made available by the subsidiary of Wasl Asset Management Group.
The block includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments that range from 77m² to 251m².
Phase 1 of Wasl District was delivered in December 2017, and featured 166 units, all of which were leased within a week.
Wasl District features a souq, residential units in a mix of small tower blocks, a hotel, and a museum about Dubai's medical history.
The project blends traditional Emirati architecture with modern amenities and facilities, such as a quality finishes, a swimming pool, and gym.
Chief property management and marketing officer at Wasl Properties, Zainab Mohammed, said Wasl District underlined the company's "ongoing efforts to preserve" the UAE's architectural heritage.
She added: "Due to a high demand for quality residences within the area, we are now proud to deliver 190 additional units as part of the second phase of the project, and as a further underpinning of our mission to enhance the real estate market in Dubai by providing a myriad of compatible options for our customers."
