As part of the scheme, modern Emirati homes will be developed in Al Saad and Suweihan by Musanada for Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

Public facilities such as mosques, retail buildings, community centres, and parks will also be developed as part of the projects.

Al Suweidi said its scope of works includes the construction of roads and utility networks, which cover items such as water, electricity, sewerage, and storm systems.

The project is planned to open in Q1 2020, the consultancy announced on its official LinkedIn page.

Remarking on the contracts in the same post, Al Suweidi said the development was “a new challenge for our construction supervision team, and a new opportunity to contribute our knowledge and expertise in the continuous journey of the development of the UAE”.
