Bloom Properties announced the completion of enabling works for Bloom Towers, its residential project located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The project will include three independent high-rise buildings comprising a total of 944 units built over a four-level podium.

Two towers, featuring 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments, are currently allocated for sale.

UAE-based contractor National Piling executed the project, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2020, according to a statement.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “The completion of enabling works at Bloom Towers marks a key milestone in our efforts to ensure the timely handover of this project.

“Having generated considerable interest since its sales launch during Cityscape 2017, Bloom Towers is firmly on track to create a destination constructed to the highest quality standards that will provide its residents with an exceptional urban living experience.”

Bloom Towers comes with several amenities, including a co-working space, indoor and outdoor gyms, a jogging track, a kids’ play area, sauna and steam rooms, a private outdoor dining area, an event amphitheater, a hammock area and swimming pools.
