Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) reported the completion and handover of a development in Phase 3 of Dubai's International City.

The property developer held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week to formally open the 100-unit Lootah Residence II in International City, the country-themed mixed-use community for 60,000 people.

LRED began the project's handover process in Q1 2018.

The Dubai-based firm acquired the B+G+7 property in 2017, when it was still under construction.

LRED oversaw the completion of the remaining 40% construction work on the low-rise residential building, which included façade and facilities management tasks.

Lootah Residence II includes 38 studios, 48 one-bedroom apartments, and 14 two-bed units. The project includes covered parking spaces, a gym, and access to the amenities of International City, which includes a range of sports facilities and green public spaces.

Commenting on the handover, executive director of LRED, Saleh Abdullah Lootah, said: “We are pleased to announce the timely completion of Lootah Residences II in International City Phase 3.

"We take pride in honouring our promises and completing our projects on time, which reflects our culture of excellence and an unswerving commitment to provide the very highest standards of living.”
