A townhouse community has been launched as part of the Town Square Dubai development by Nshama.
The Naseem townhouses are said to have opened to "strong investor response, following the significant market demand for the affordable homes in Town Square Dubai", the developer said.
Naseem features three- and four-bedroom units that have been designed in four styles and layouts.
Three-bedroom units within Naseem span a built-up area (BUA) of 2,153ft2 to 2,241ft2, while the four-bedroom units have a BUA of up to 2,446ft2.
Town Square Dubai (pictured) is a 303.5ha master-development, which includes the completed Zahra townhouses, as well as leisure attractions such as a skating park and the 5ha Town Square Park.
The units within Naseem are available at a 5% down payment, with a 50:50 payment plan subsequently available. Home prices start at $334.3m (AED1.2bn) for a three-bedroom unit.
Commenting on the development, Fred Durie, chief executive officer of Nshama, said the demand for affordable housing in Dubai would benefit Town Square Dubai's market performance.
