The companies will work with the UK Department for International Trade on the project.
Design, procurement, and construction activities for the pavilion will be managed by the Mace-Jacobs JV.
Some of the Expo 2020 Dubai site's design, construction, and operations management work is already being handled by both companies.
Mace was appointed to the Expo 2020 Dubai project in 2014, and currently has 80 Dubai staff working on the programme, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the contract, Jason Millett, chief operating officer for consultancy at Mace, said: "We’re honoured that the Department for International Trade has put its faith in us to deliver this hugely symbolic project on behalf of the UK.
"Mace’s involvement in 2010’s ‘Seed Cathedral’ in Shanghai was a landmark moment for the company, so it’s tremendously gratifying to be given the chance to deliver a second iconic Pavilion for the UK."
