Aldar Properties has awarded Serco a contract for up to five years for the delivery of integrated facilities services across some of its commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
Serco, an international service provider of outsourced services, said in statement that the contract covers a full range of services for various Aldar Properties within their regional portfolio.
Joe Boyle, managing director of Serco Middle East’s integrated facilities services sector stated: “Aldar has chosen Serco after an intense, detailed and highly competitive procurement process. We are very proud to have ultimately been selected and are very excited by this new opportunity.

The Aldar Facilities Management contract builds on Serco Middle East’s existing FM presence across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, defence and commercial real estate.
The firm had recently announced a one-year contract extension with Sharjah Civil Aviation authority.
