Arada has launched Anber Community, a residential development within its $6.5bn (AED24bn) Aljada district.

Anber Community will consist of two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas and townhouses, which will boast individual gardens and direct access to a private park.

The neighbourhood will be situated in the vicinity of Aljada’s leisure and entertainment precinct, the Central Hub.

Launched in September 2017, Arada’s 220ha Aljada megaproject is set to become Sharjah’s largest ever real estate development. With overall completion scheduled for 2025, the district is expected to have a total population of approximately 70,000 people.

Commenting on the launch of Anber Community, HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Arada, said: “In just a few short weeks, Aljada has seen exceptional sales, thanks in no small part to the support that the project has received from the highest levels of the Government of Sharjah.

“We are delighted at the reception Aljada has witnessed from the local community, and look forward to delivering on our promise to create Sharjah’s newest and most exciting destination.”

UAE-headquartered real estate developer, Arada, was jointly established in January 2017 through a partnership enterprise between KBW Investments and Basma Group. Aljada represents the firm’s second development, following the launch of Sharjah’s $408m (AED1.5bn) Nasma Residences in March.

The developer plans to release 84 Anber Community homes for sale on Saturday, 14 October. The launch event will take place between 10am and 7pm at the Radisson Blu Resort, Sharjah.
