The contractor has been appointed to build six apartment buildings for towers C-H, with construction of towers A and B are ongoing.

Yousuf Kazim, CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates, said: “We have sold out both of the launched apartment towers - a positive response that is testament to the success of Jumeirah Golf Estates’ approach to bringing the right type of product to the market at the right price.

“The unique property which is available with a flexible payment plan, is located on two Championship golf courses and has top quality finishings with each apartment presenting a seamless design and layout.”

Spread across 375 hectares, 75% of the property is made up of green landscaping, and will offer a retail component as well as JGE’s second Clubhouse. The developer also revealed plans for a hotel development located within the project.

Jumeirah Golf Estates will begin phased handovers from Q3 2019, beginning with Tower C. Towers A and B are on track to be handed over by the second quarter of 2018.

Earlier this month, Al Qabdah was awarded a $163.4m (AED600m) main contract for the development of residential buildings in Dubai South.

The Pulse project is expected to be ready for delivery by mid-2019 and will be adjacent to the Expo 2020 site.
