UAE-based developer Emaar awarded four major facilities management (FM) contracts to MAB Facilities Management during Q1 2016.

Under the terms of the agreements, MAB will provide an array of FM services across Boulevard Plaza in Downtown Dubai, Emaar Square, Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7, and Marina Plaza.

Commenting on the contract wins, MAB’s chief executive officer, Maen Saddeq, said that his company had enjoyed an “extremely prosperous” start to the year.

“We are honoured to be collaborating with the esteemed Emaar Group,” he added.

As part of a three-year contract, MAB will conduct cleaning and housekeeping; building engineering and civil works; water-tank cleaning and water treatment; energy management; hard landscaping; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); and extra-low voltage (ELV) services at Boulevard Plaza in Downtown Dubai.

The firm will provide services related to cleaning and housekeeping; building engineering and civil works; water-tank cleaning and water treatment; energy management; hard landscaping and water features; MEP, HVAC, and ELV at Emaar Square as part of another three-year contract.

At Dubai Marina and Pier 7, MAB will conduct cleaning and housekeeping; energy management; building engineering and civil works; MEP; HVAC; and ELV services.

At Marina Plaza, the firm will deliver services related to cleaning and housekeeping; building engineering and civil works; water-tank cleaning and water treatment; MEP; HVAC; ELV; and energy management.
